The 48th MOMS meeting is aimed at a multi-professional audience who care for women and birthing people with acute or chronic medical conditions. It will provide an excellent platform for multi-profession discussion and debate, and the opportunity to share, discuss, and learn about developments in Obstetric Medicine and Maternal Health. We expect around 300 to attend and invite doctors in training through to senior consultants, midwives, anaesthetists and pharmacists to register, in person.
This meeting aims to create a community and platform that respects, welcomes, encourages and creates diversity and inclusion. A range of terminologies referring to women and birthing people will be used in the presentations during the meeting, and we recognise that the advice and guidance here is for all birthing people, not just those who identify as female.
